Upon acceptance, refunds are processed as store credit for future purchases, with email notification upon completion.
Zouple.co.in refunds the value of returned goods but not the original shipping costs.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Zouple.co.in honors valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of item receipt.
Customers must pre-pay return shipping, which will be reimbursed upon successful claim.
Warranty claims are processed within 7 days of receipt.
