Shipping Costs

Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Zouple accepts returns for change of mind if requested within 7 days of receipt, provided items are in original packaging, unused, and resellable. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and refunds will be issued as store credit. We will notify you via email upon completion. Shipping costs are not refunded.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Valid warranty claims are honored within 90 days of receipt. Customers pre-pay return shipping, which we reimburse upon successful claim. Claims are processed within 7 days, offering a refund, store credit, or replacement (if available).
